Automation: The system is fully automatic, employing a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with HMI (Human-Machine Interface) control system and ultrasonic sensors to automatically detect the vehicle’s length and position, then select the appropriate wash cycle.
- Washing Mechanism: It uses soft foam or nylon brushes to prevent paint scratches while physically scrubbing the vehicle’s body. This is complemented by high-pressure water jets for effective dirt removal.
- Integrated Cycles: A complete wash cycle typically includes a pre-wash, foam application, brush wash, rinse, and wax, followed by a drying system.
- Underbody Wash: Most models include a feature for undercarriage cleaning, using multiple oscillating nozzles on a robotic gantry to cover the entire underbody.
- Efficiency: The system is designed for high throughput, completing a full wash cycle in approximately 6 to 9 minutes. It consumes roughly 120–140 liters of water and 1–2 units of electricity per vehicle.
- Durability: The machine features a hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated steel frame for longevity and rust prevention, ensuring a service life of over 10 years.
- Safety & Control: It includes an intelligent avoidance system to prevent damage to different car types and a fault self-detection function.
