Automatic Bullet Train Wash Plant

In Stock

The Ezytek Clean Automatic Bullet Train Wash Plant is industrial-grade, fully automated cleaning system engineered to wash high-capacity rail vehicles. While designed generally for mainline locomotives, metro coaches, and passenger rail, its scalable and sensor-driven architecture makes it adaptable for aerodynamic rail profiles like high-speed bullet trains.

Key Technical Features
  • Sensor-Driven Profiling: Uses high-precision proximity sensors and a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system. It tracks the train’s dynamic contours to adjust cleaning equipment safely.
  • Heavy-Duty Construction: Built using hot-dip galvanized steel or marine-grade stainless steel. This frame resists chemical wear, moisture, and corrosion inside heavy industrial wash bays.
  • Optimized Washing Speed: A standard cycle cleans a full 24-coach rake assembly in just 15 to 20 minutes, with high-end setups handling up to 200 carriages per hour.
  • Eco-Friendly Water Recycling: Incorporates optional water treatment infrastructure. This allows the plant to reclaim, filter, and reuse water for future cleaning cycles.
Plant Architecture and Layout Configurations
The plant can be built into a dedicated maintenance depot using one of two primary mechanical configurations:
  • Stationary Drive-Through Systems: The train drives slowly through a fixed wash bay at a constant speed of 3 to 5 km/h. This is ideal for continuous cleaning of long train configurations.
  • Mobile Rollover (Gantry) Systems: The train stays completely parked inside the bay. The computerized washing gantry moves back and forth on tracks along the stationary coaches.
