Ezytek Tracer combines the action of three variable frequency drives to control the speed of linear motion,
lateral movement, and spain. all of these controls, managed by advanced software, result in a highly effective
and rapid touchless wash. This unique configuration means that the eash bay area is completly free of
obstacles, and thus any type of vehicle can access it with ease and be washed by the user in complete safety .

Description

Features

  • Compact Design
  • Long Working Life
  • Optimum operational efficiency

Key Components & Features

  • High-Pressure Pumping System: Features a triple ceramic plunger pump delivering a nozzle pressure of approximately 150 bar and a flow rate of 42 liters per minute.
  • Integrated Dryer: Equipped with an automatic drying system, often featuring four high-efficiency motors and fans that use contour-following technology to dry the vehicle’s shape effectively.
  • Automation & Control: Managed by a PLC with HMI control system, allowing for precise vehicle length sensing via ultrasonic sensors and automated wash cycle selection.
  • Underbody & Wheel Wash: Includes a robotic gantry with 9 oscillating nozzles specifically for thorough cleaning of the vehicle’s chassis and wheels.
  • Construction: The machine frame is built with hot-dip galvanized steel and powder coating to ensure a service life of over 10 years and resistance to corrosion.

    Operational Cycle

The plant typically follows an automated sequence:
    1. Underbody Washing: High-pressure oscillating nozzles clean the chassis.
    2. Foam/Chemical Application: Automatic mixing and application of cleaning agents.
    3. High-Pressure Jet Wash: 360° rotating arms or stationary gantry jets remove dirt and grease.
    4. Waxing: Application of wax to improve shine and protection.
    5. Profile Air Drying: Final drying phase using contour-following air blower

Work Scope for Both EZYTEK & Buyer (Automatic Car Washing Machine)

The work scope for an automatic car washing machine transaction involves distinct responsibilities for both the EZYTEK & buyer, extending from the initial purchase through installation, operation, and maintenance.

EZYTEK’s Work Scope

EZYTEK’s primary role is to deliver the equipment as specified in the contract and provide essential support services.

• Equipment Delivery: EZYTEK ensure the safe transport and delivery of all machine components to the buyer’s specified location.

• Installation & Setup: Typically, EZYTEK handles the professional installation, assembly, and initial configuration of the machine on the buyer’s prepared site.

• Testing and Calibration: EZYTEK conduct comprehensive testing and calibration of all systems (water pressure, chemical dispensing, safety mechanisms, etc.) to ensure the machine is fully operational and safe for use.

Training: EZYTEK provide in-house/on-site training for the buyer’s staff on machine operation, basic daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety protocols.

• Documentation: EZYTEK supply all necessary manuals, including operation guides, maintenance schedules, and warranty information.

• Warranty & After-Sales Support: EZYTEK offer a specified warranty and provide accessible technical support, spare parts, and repair services as per the sales agreement.

• Compliance: EZYTEK ensure the equipment meets all relevant industry and safety standards before handover.

• Buyer’s Work Scope

The buyer’s responsibilities centre on preparing the site, accepting the goods, making timely payments, and managing the ongoing operation and maintenance of the equipment.

• Site Preparation: Prepare the physical location with necessary infrastructure, including appropriate water supply (potentially with recycling filters), electrical connections, and proper drainage, before installation begins.

• Payment: Adhere strictly to the agreed-upon payment terms and schedule outlined in the purchase contract.

• Acceptance of Delivery: Accept the goods within a reasonable time and inspect them upon delivery to ensure they conform to the contract specifications.

• Operational Management: Manage the daily operation of the machine, including selecting appropriate wash cycles and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• Routine Maintenance: Implement and perform daily and weekly maintenance tasks, such as inspecting nozzles, cleaning filters, checking chemical levels, and lubricating moving parts.

• Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment and chemical handling guidelines, to prevent accidents.

• Professional Servicing: Arrange for periodic professional servicing and inspections as recommended by the manufacturer to ensure longevity and prevent costly breakdowns.

• Consumables Management: Ensure a steady supply of necessary operational consumables like approved foam, waxes, and other cleaning agents.
